Here are the coolest photos of African children showing their skills

It is very common that when an African child is given an opportunity, he/she will maximize it to full usage. Most scholarly researches have it that melanin that is found in abundance in African people gives them their unique abilities.

Dr. Frances Cress Welsing, an African-American psychiatrist, in her book 'The ISIS papers: The Key To The Colours' explains how African Americans and coloured people have taken over the sports industry in the world.

She further confirms that the driving force of racism is the insecurity of white supremacists who are afraid of the potential of black people. Probably this explains why so much negativity is directed toward black people.

Chronixx, a Jamaican reggae musician in his song "Black is Beautiful' echoes the philosophies of Marcus Garvey. He complains that black people have been taught about black only as negative; black witches, black market, black list, black book etc.

"In his chorus, Chronix adds:

"They never told us, that black is beautiful

They never told us, black is beauty

They never told us, that black is beautiful

They never told us

They never told us that black is beautiful

Oh no"

In 'Melanin' Dr. Carol Barnes ascertains clearly that "Melanin is the chemical key to black greatness". Adding in one of his lectures, Dr. Barnes says that a child that has grown up feeding on a black woman's breastmilk develops faster, healthier, intelligent and stronger than anyone else.

Just like Chronix, I would say that these studies should not be used to spread racism, their purpose is to shed light on the truth and teach a history that has been hidden. As humans, we must embrace our diversity and learn to live with each other.

African parents should also focus on their children's unique abilities. And, yes, they should also focus on academics just like what Dr. Umar Johnson has been advocating for. Black children can also advance in schools, not just in extra-curriculum activities.

I once published an article on Dr. Utheri's school, Children in freedom School, an Afrocentric school located in Nakuru, Kenya. African Governments should adopt her module of education.

Our governments should also ensure that the education systems in the countries are competence-based. The education should be designed to serve African problems and put our continent on the global map.

Most African children are super-skilled or multitalented but lack the resources to fund their dreams. This happens even when Africa as a continent is heavily rich in minerals and raw materials that when properly exploited, would have increased the probabilities of achieving their dreams.

There is more in Africa than the images of children with no hopes that the world has been showing. Africa is the hub of innovators and dream chasers.

Most of them have raised through the odds to make a great influence on the international stage. They have risen to build business empires like their ancestors built civilizations.
