There are a lot of pieces of evidence proving that Ancient Asians were black people but there are those who will still choose to make this topic a never-ending debate. Scholars like Prof. Rudolph Windsor puts a scholarly eye-opener to this debate by providing proof to the world that the Ancient Asians were very much like the Ethiopians of the modern world. Africans in most diasporic continents did not only go there as enslaved men and women but sailors, traders, in general, free men and women. Amazingly, some are the original inhabitants of those land.

Proofs That Ancient Asia And Egypt Were Black People
Chapter IV of Windsor’s book (From Babylon to Timbuktu) starts with a catchy title, “The Original Black Jews.” In this chapter, a reader will be fed with conclusive pieces of evidence connecting the original Jews with the black Jews of Ethiopia and West Africa. As they are conventionally classified as Hamites and Shemites for ancient Egyptians and Asians respectively, the two groups were all black people. Further, the Hamites and Shemites as explained in this knowledgeable book, sired the Arabic nations.

In earlier chapters, the book also lays the foundation for this later argument by confirming that the earliest inhabitants of India were also black people. They are the Dravidian group of Indians who are evidently black even today. Historians have established them to have occupied India for millions of years thereby making their connection with Africa very distant if not untraced.
Prof. Windsor further explains as follows:
- Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all 12 tribes of Israel were black people. Specifically, Abraham and Ishmael who are the fathers of the Abrahamic nations were black Shemites from Asia.
- The mother and grandmother of the Arabian nations were black Hamites from Egypt. Hagar as the mother of Arabs is clearly stated in the two big religions as also originating from Egypt. According to Josephus, the Jews historian, Ishmael also married an Egyptian Woman.
- To prove that the Egyptians and the Israelites were black people, Prof. Windsor cites the story of the Egyptian royal daughter adopting baby Moses when the Pharaoh declared the killing of all Hebrew males. The argument is that Moses must have been black so as to be concealed among black Egyptians.
- Another religious text story cited in the book is that of the great famine in Israel that pushed Joseph’s brothers to come to Egypt for food. It is written in the bible that the brothers could not recognize Joseph among the Egyptians which means that Joseph as well as the Egyptians and his brothers were black people.
- Prof. Windsor also argues that Biblical leprosy could only happen to very dark people with black hair. Miriam and Aaron who were Moses’ siblings spoke badly of him when he married an Ethiopian Woman. The God of Moses in return punished them with leprosy where their hands and hair turned white.
- In Daniel 7:9, the man of God, Daniel, saw a vision of his creator. The God that prophet Daniel saw was ‘anthropomorphic’ as explained by Prof. Windsor. The God also had wooly hair which is attributed mostly to black people. That is how a black person’s hair can be when unkempt or when deliberately made to be in that state.
This and many pieces of evidence from the book and other books by various scholars prove that the Ancient Egyptians and Asians were as black as the central and western Africans today.
